Since our goal is to make your Vesica exprience as leisurely as possible, we've put together multiple communication channels to make it easier for you to get support for Vesica. Every effort is made to ensure that you are offered the highest level of support at all times.

If you can't find the answer to your queston in the FAQs or are having some difficulty using Vesica, this is where you want to look for help. You must be logged into your Vesica account to use the support system. Using this system you can create support tickets which are monitored by the Vesica team on a regular basis.
Live support is generally available to our customers from 10 am to 5pm (GMT), Monday to Friday. When the service is available, you will see a small prompt in the lower right corner of your screen.
At all other times or in the event that live support is unavailable, please log a support ticket in the Vesica Support System.
