How much does Vesica cost?
Vesica costs £0.10 per object per month. You pay on a monthly basis. So, if your museum or collection has 500 objects, you will pay £50 per month.
Is the free account really free?
Do I need a credit card to sign up for the FREE account?
What payment methods do you support?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We currently do not accept PayPal.
What is the maximum size for files I can upload?
This varies based on file type. For documents, images and audio files, the limit is 200 MB. For Videos, it is 2 GB.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed for the first time immediately upon upgrading from a free to a paid plan. Subsequent payments will be taken from your card every 30 days.
Is my information secure?
Yes, Vesica is PCI compliant and we are continuously investing in hardware and software to improve security.
Where do you store information?
Information you enter in Vesica is stored in the cloud across data centres in Europe.
Can I get my data and leave when I want?
Yes. Depending on the scale and size of your data, you can either get a backup automatically from the system or we can make you one. If you do not see the option, please create a support ticket and we will provide you a link.
Is there an on-premise solution?
An on-premise solution of Vesica will be available from June, 2015. Pricing will be announced in due course.
Are there any mobile apps for Vesica?
Yes, they're available in the App Store and the Google Play store. Search for 'Vesica'.
