    Vesica is an On Demand Art Management Software deployed in the cloud and offered as a service which allows you to document, management, catalogue and market your objects d’art.   2. How much does Vesica cost?

    Vesica pricing plans range from FREE to £399 per month. Pricing is determined by the number of pieces or objects you want to store in your account. There is no other difference between the FREE and paid accounts. All account types allow for unlimited users to be granted access.

  3. Is the FREE account really FREE?

    Absolutely! There are no differences in the functionality or feature set of a FREE or paid account. You can store up to 3 pieces in a FREE account.

  4. Do I need a credit card to sign up for the FREE account?

    No. You only need to enter credit card information if you are signing up for a paid account. You can sign up for FREE and upgrade at any time you please.

  5. Can I pay with a cheque or bank transfer?

    Unfortunately, Vesica is only available online via credit card payments. If you require Vesica for more than 1,000 pieces or have any other special needs, we may be able arrange payment via another method. Please contact our sales team for more information.

  6. What credit cards do you accept?

    We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Solo and Maestro.

  7. Do you accept debit cards?

    Yes, as long as your debit card is an Mastercard, Visa, Solo or Maestro.

  8. How often will I be billed?

    Your credit or debit card is automatically billed on a monthly basis for the plan you have signed up for on or around the same date that you signed up on.

  9. Do you store credit card information securely?

    Credit card information is stored with PayPal. We do not directly hold any credit card information on our servers that can be used to process payments. We also use 256 bit SSL from DigiCert to make sure that any sensitive data transferred over the internet from our servers is encrypted.

  10. How secure are your servers?

    Our servers are stored in world class, solar-powered data centre and are protected with the latest firewalls and software required to meet PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance.

  11. How reliable is solar powered hosting?

    Contrary to common disbelief (please sense the sarcasm), all solar powered energy is backed up with standard electricity. Our data centre uses solar powered energy and mains backups so you do not have to worry about any downtime or unavailability on a rainy or cloudy day.

  12. Where is your data centre located?

    Our data centre is located in Southern California in the United States of America. There's ample sunshine there.

  13. Do you market or sell our private data to other third parties?

    No. Your data is held securely and is not shared with anyone other than Vesica Ltd. or an associated party. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
